Paper Playground has given up its storefront in favor
of directing our energies to an online and on-the-road experience.
During the four years in our shop, one of the most
frequently heard compliments was, “you have the best paper selection
of anywhere.” Hundreds of customers can attest to the fact that we
know how to pick out the big winners in an ever-increasing field of
products. In addition to our own sixth sense of what’s special, we
enlist the excellent advice of our friends and design team members,
a group comprised of “regular” scrapbookers, as well as frequent
posters to Two Peas and other popular message boards, published
artists and manufacturers’ DT members. Our goal is to make sure
you have plenty of exciting things to play with so you get the
greatest enjoyment from your precious craft time.
We believe
that we all contribute to each other's creativity by sharing our
friendship and unique viewpoints, so please give us the pleasure of
getting to know you. We encourage you to share your kit creations

Kathie's
affinity for all things paper started many years ago with a strong
attraction to books, “star” magazines, cards and stationery. When
her daughter was born, photographs and journaling found their place
in her expression. In 1999, Kathie was introduced to scrapbooking
through a co-worker and found the perfect outlet to create with
paper and showcase her photos.
During her
time of being a scrapbooking consumer, and later a retail store
owner, Kathie has learned much through cropping, shopping, the input
of fellow scrappers, and attending or planning workshops, events and
retreats. Of greatest importance to Kathie is that she has made
some of the best friends of her life through this wonderful hobby.

Audrey’s
love of paper crafting began about eight years ago when a friend
invited her to a
stamping party. She had no idea what she was getting involved with,
but she was immediately hooked. She has never looked back since.
From stamping and card-making, Audrey bridged into altered projects
and scrapbooking. Her greatest inspiration comes from her two
children, their pet hedgehog, and friends and family. Anything that
can be done
with paper, Audrey is willing to try at least once.
Over the years, Audrey has enjoyed teaching card-making and
scrapbooking classes and
she greatly enjoys the wonderful scrapping community available
online. Audrey says she is “honored to have been a part of Paper
Playground since its earliest days,” and she “looks forward to our
new venture as we grow and develop our online kit club.”
