Kits 'r It! Club FAQs:

We understand that you may have some questions about the new Paper Playground Kits 'r It! Club. We have tried to anticipate the more obvious questions and hope you will find an answer to your question listed here. If not, please email us at our contact address below. Welcome to the Club!

1. How can I contact you?
   • You may send us an email at info@paper-playground.com
2. How do I update my contact (or billing) information?
   • Just send us an email at info@paper-playground.com and we will update your information.
3. How much are the kits?
   • Monthly prices for kits are $29.95 for 1 month, $27.95 per month for 3 months, or $25.95 per month for 6 months.  
4. What are your shipping policies?
   • Kits will be mailed priority mail through the USPS. Your portion of the shipping charges is $6.00 per kit. Sorry, we do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
5. When do kits ship?
   • Kits will be shipped on the 15th (or first business day after the 15th).
6. How do I pay for my kits? (Is there another way to pay for my kit if I don’t have a credit card? When will my credit card be charged? Can I prepay for my entire subscription?)
   • You may make your payment by credit card or electronic check through the fully secure PayPal network.  Your subscription will be charged to your account on the anniversary date of your registration. Full pre-payment is not available.
7. I just subscribed. What happens next?
   • If the current kit is still available, we will ship that kit to you as soon as your payment is processed. If the kit is Sold Out, your subscription will begin with the following month’s kit.
8. When will previews be available?
   • A sneak peek will be posted on the website on the first of each month.
9. What if I don’t like a kit?
   • We feel certain you will find endless uses for the items in your specially chosen kit.  As an added bonus, those with a 3 month subscription may opt to skip one kit and those with a 6 month subscription may opt to skip two kits.  You must notify us before the 10^th of the month you wish to skip.  Your subscription will then be extended an additional month. 
10. Where can I find ideas for ways to use my kit?
    • Ideas will be posted to our Gallery by our guest designers.  If you wish to submit layouts or other projects to share with other members, forward them to gallery@paper-playground.com for consideration.
